Regular clients enjoyed IQ Service and Maintenance’s speedy call out service when things needed a quick fix. Our skilled teams of maintenance engineers were also out and about providing regular service and maintenance updates including a generator service at Sevenoaks and a planned boiler service and repair for a school in Kensington to take place over the summer holidays.
The hot weather, as predicted, has brought a demand for our expertise in air conditioning resulting in the installation of a new system at one of our client properties in Chislehurst.

Our IQ Security division has been continuing security installation works at Louis Vuitton in Bond Street, with some new additions to the original contract and the Heathrow Airport installation works are now completed. We are moving on to a major CCTV and intercom installation at one of our investment clients in London.
