Porsche, Punch, Projects, and Pupils – the Luxury Business Show 2025

The capacious, well-lit Porsche Centre showroom at Tonbridge in Kent was a fitting place to show off some noteworthy businesses and, of course, some eye-catching cars as December 2025 drew to an end. The Luxury Business Show, presented by Brilliant Businesses, drew in plenty of attendees, who clearly enjoyed connecting with each other, as well as the location and the ambience.

Before we get into the event, cars must be mentioned, given the venue. We do love a well-crafted car. The automotive industry has a number of masters of projects and process that produce stunning vehicles, and Porsche is certainly one. There were plenty in this well-lit, spacious showroom, the svelte vehicles glittering with lustrous paintwork, fresh leather, and gleaming chrome.

This was more, though, than a gathering of premium cars alongside luxury businesses. The presence of people from Kent charity The Big Cat Sanctuary saw to that. It was good to reflect that via donations, new connections and raised awareness this place and its big cats, too, will have benefitted from the night.

Our marketing colleague Darren Weale of In Tune PR was present, enjoying the wonderful bubbly from Birchden Vineyards and, also trying on some striking Edney & Edney eyewear (above).

The Tunbridge Wells-based optical experts had rather more to show off, above.

Some of the glitz in the show was provided by The Diamond Setter, including the disc of Osmium held above by Gavin Marsh. Osmium is a precious metal, atomic number 76, used in some of their watches. We took away a booklet, ‘The Comprehensive Guide To Osmium’ for a later read.

Travel was a theme, foremost from Barbados Travel, above, promoting the Caribbean island as a destination, a task made easier by their providing rum punch, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Travel was also a topic for Harry Roberts of the Luxury Travel Specialists, who had a stand conveniently nearby.

A bonus for the event – and to go well with the drink present – was catering from the Shampan Restaurant Group, whose delicious, rich dishes were much appreciated by those present. With three restaurants in and near Bromley, the restaurants are well-placed to provide for this event.

A retreat represented was The Spa Hotel in Tunbridge Wells. They have an impressive range of opportunities to relax, unwind and reset, something the organisers of this event deserved if they choose to experience them.

Opportunities for future generations were on hand, notably with Tonbridge’s Somerhill Independent School. Talking of opportunities, Brilliant Businesses are looking for exhibitors to take stands at their events in 2026, which include Tunbridge Wells, Canterbury, Bromley, Medway and Maidstone.

Nick Bryant of Brilliant Businesses said later, “The Luxury Business Show at Porsche Centre Tonbridge on December 11th, 2025, exceeded all expectations. Bringing together exceptional brands, inspiring conversations and such a prestigious venue created a truly memorable experience and highlighted the strength and momentum within the luxury business community.”
